I can no longer access my 2FA, what should I do?

If you can no longer access your 2FA, select “I lost my 2FA" from the two-factor authentication window on the login interface.

Two codes will be sent to you via text message and email to deactivate it. You will then be able to log in, update your phone number and reactivate a 2FA.

This procedure does not work? Please contact our support to unlock your account. We will ask you to confirm your identity to deactivate it manually.
