My 2FA is linked to an invalid phone number. What should I do?

In case you cannot access your 2FA, please ask for deactivation of the 2-factor authentication by clicking on "I've lost my 2FA" in the 2-factor authentication window upon login.

You will receive two codes by text message and e-mail to deactivate it. You can then log in, update your phone number and reactivate your 2FA.

If this method fails, we'll ask you to confirm your identity by taking a selfie of yourself holding your ID card and a blank document that reads, in handwriting: "For Meria, today's date, full name, signature".
