These protocols, compounders and platforms (CeFi) are beyond the control of Meria, which cannot be held responsible for their potential failure.

The main risks to which this service is exposed are the following (non-exhaustive list):

  • Counterparty risk related to the failure of DeFi (decentralised finance) protocols and compounders and CeFi (centralised finance) platforms.

  • Risk related to the use of one of the blockchains (in particular the failure of one of the blockchains used)

  • Risk of volatility of the cryptoassets contained in the diversification of the service

  • Risk of loss of parity (de-peg) of the cryptoassets contained in the diversification of the service

  • Liquidity risk of the cryptoassets

  • Risk of loss of funds (including hacking)

  • Risk related to the economic and financial context
