How to withdraw my cryptocurrencies on an external wallet?

You can transfer your crypto assets to:

• Another exchange (e.g., Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, etc.),

• A hardware crypto wallet (Ledger, Ngrave, etc.)

• A web browser crypto wallet (Metamask, Rabby, etc.).

Here is how to make a withdrawal:

• Go to "My Account"

• Select the "Portfolio" tab

• Click on "Withdraw" next to the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw

• Enter the destination address where you want to withdraw your funds

• Enter the amount

• Confirm by clicking on "Request Withdrawal"

Withdrawals are executed within a few minutes to 48 hours.

Note: withdrawal networks supported by Meria are specific to each cryptocurrency and are indicated on the Fee Policy, on the "Fees and Limits for Deposits and Withdrawals" section. Make sure to send your funds through the appropriate network, otherwise they may get lost.

Withdrawals can be canceled as long as they have not been executed.

You can do up to 5 withdrawals every 24 hours.
