How to withdraw my cryptocurrencies to my bank account?

Withdrawals of cryptocurrencies to a bank account are possible for the following cryptocurrencies only: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and DAI.*

The minimum amount for this type of withdrawal is €100.

Fees of €1.49 and 1.49% apply to withdrawal transactions in euros (€).

Here is how to make a withdrawal to your bank account:

1. Go to "My Account"

2. Select the "Wallet" tab

3. Click on the ➖ next to the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw

4. Select “Sell” in the upper right corner of the window

5. Enter the IBAN of the account to which you want to transfer your funds

6. Specify the amount you want to withdraw

7. Confirm by clicking on "Request Withdrawal."

Withdrawals in euros are processed within 7 days.
