The fee policy for management mandates is divided into three parts:
Entry fee: 1.5%
Management fees (annual): 2.9%*
Performance bonus: 15%**
*Management fee: charged quarterly over a calendar year. Quarterly management fee: 0.725%.
**Performance bonus: A performance bonus of 15% is applied if Meria outperforms the benchmark index for each of the strategies over a calendar year. The premium is applied when the benchmark index is outperformed, regardless of the market situation.
