How to verify my account (KYC)?

Here are the steps to complete your KYC from the mobile app:

  1. Go to your account clicking on the top right;

  2. Select "verify my identity";

  3. Follow the verification steps by clicking on “Start verification” or "Resume";

  4. Provide the required information and documents.

The verification of your documents can take up to 72 hours.
