How to validate an advanced KYC?

Here are the steps to complete your advanced KYC from the mobile app:

  1. Go to your account clicking on the top right;

  2. Select "verify my identity";

  3. Click on "Continue account verification";

  4. Click on the menu at the top left;

  5. Then on Proof of Residence and Proof of Source of Funds to upload your documents;

  6. Confirm by clicking on "Finish verification."

The verification of your documents can take up to 72 hours.
